1. Eligibility
This promotion is available exclusively to selected in:Five customers, as determined by Shoalter Automation (UK) Limited, trading as in:Five (“in:Five”). Eligibility is verified automatically via the in:Five app and is non-transferable.
2. Promotional Period
The promotion runs from 00:00 on 12 February 2026 to 23:59 on 15 March 2026 (inclusive) (“Promotional Period”). The offer is only valid during the Promotional Period and subject to the usage limits set out below.
3. Discount Details
Eligible customers will receive £5 off when placing a qualifying order with a minimum net order value of £10 via the in:Five app. The discount is auto-applied at checkout and does not require a promo code.
4. Exclusions
This discount is not applicable to vapes, tobacco products, and fresh meat. These items will be charged at full price.
5. Usage
The promotion may be redeemed up to three (3) times per eligible user per day during the promotional period. Each redemption must be applied to a separate qualifying order.
6. Maximum Savings
The discount is capped at £5 per order, regardless of the total order value. For example, for an order value of £20 or above, the maximum discount applied will still be £5.
7. Other Promotions
This offer cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers, or promotional codes.
8. Order Modification
If an order is altered post-placement such that it no longer meets the minimum order value, the discount will become void and will not apply.
9. Returns and Refunds
In case of a return or refund, only the amount actually paid by the customer after the discount is applied will be refunded. The value of the discount is non-refundable.
10. App Finality
All applicable details, discount value, eligibility, and redemption status shown in the in:Five app are considered final.
11. Amendments
Shoalter Automation (UK) Limited, trading as in:Five, reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
12. Liability
Shoalter Automation (UK) Limited accepts no liability for losses or damages resulting from the use or inability to use this promotion offer.
13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
14. Acceptance
By placing a qualifying order via the in:Five app during the Promotional Period, customers agree to these terms and conditions in full.
