1. Introduction
1.1. The in:Five Referral Program (“Program”) allows existing customers (“Referrers”) to refer new customers (“Referees”) to in:Five Smart Convenience Stores. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Referrers must be legal residents of the United Kingdom, at least 18 years old, and possess a valid in:Five account.
2.2. Referees must be new customers who have not previously made a purchase with in:Five.
3. Referral Code Issuance and Usage
3.1. Referrers can obtain a unique referral code (“Referral Code”) by submitting their email address and last order ID through the designated Mailchimp site.
3.2. Referrers are prohibited from sharing their Referral Code publicly or through paid advertising channels. Referral Codes should be shared privately with friends, family, or personal acquaintances.
3.3. Referees must enter the Referral Code during checkout to receive the referral discount.
4. Referral Discount for Referees
4.1. Upon using a valid Referral Code, Referees are entitled to a 30% discount on their first five purchases.
4.2. The discount is applicable only to eligible items and excludes alcohol, tobacco & vape products, gadgets, and clearance items.
4.3. Each Referee can use the Referral Code for a maximum of five purchases during the Promotion Period.
5. Referrer Rewards
5.1. Referrers will receive a £3 voucher (“Reward Voucher”) for each Referee who completes their first purchase using the Referrer’s Referral Code.
5.2. A Referrer can earn a maximum of ten (10) Reward Vouchers during the Promotion Period.
5.3. Reward Vouchers will be issued within seven (7) working days after the Referee’s qualifying purchase.
5.4. Reward Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5.5. Reward Vouchers are valid for use on all items except cigarettes.
6. Promotion Period
6.1. The Referral Program is valid from 5 April 2025 to 30 April 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
6.2. in:Five reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the Promotion Period at its discretion, with prior notice to participants.
7. Exclusions and Limitations
7.1. The referral discount and Reward Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.
7.2. Purchases of alcohol, tobacco & vape products, gadgets, clearance items, and cigarettes are excluded from this Program.
7.3. in:Five reserves the right to revoke discounts or rewards if fraudulent activity or misuse of the Referral Program is detected.
8. Data Protection
8.1. Participants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with in:Five’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws in the United Kingdom.
8.2. By participating in the Program, Referrers and Referees consent to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purposes of administering the Program.
9. Compliance with Laws
9.1. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and data protection laws.
9.2. Any breach of applicable laws or these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of any earned rewards.
10. General Provisions
10.1. in:Five reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
10.2. in:Five is not liable for any losses or damages arising from participation in the Program, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
10.3. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

in:Five £3 Referrer Voucher Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1. The in:Five £3 Referrer Voucher (“Voucher”) is a token of appreciation awarded to existing customers (“Referrers”) who successfully refer new customers (“Referees”) to in:Five Smart Convenience Stores.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Referrers must be legal residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 or over, and possess a valid in:Five account.
2.2. Referees must be new customers who have not previously made a purchase with in:Five.
3. Voucher Issuance
3.1. A £3 Voucher will be issued to the Referrer for each Referee who completes their first purchase using the Referrer’s unique referral code.
3.2. The maximum number of Vouchers a Referrer can earn during the promotion period is ten (10).
3.3. Vouchers will be delivered to the Referrer’s registered email address within seven (7) working days following the Referee’s qualifying purchase.
4. Voucher Redemption
4.1. Vouchers are valid for a single use and can be redeemed on any purchase made through the in:Five app or in-store, excluding cigarettes.
4.2. To redeem a Voucher, the Referrer must enter the unique voucher code at checkout in the app or present it to the cashier in-store.
4.3. Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.
4.4. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. Expiry
5.1. Vouchers are valid from 5 March 2025 to 30 June 2025.
5.2. Any unused Vouchers will expire after the validity period and will not be reissued.
6. Exclusions
6.1. Vouchers cannot be used for the purchase of cigarettes.
6.2. Other exclusions may apply as specified in the specific promotion details.
7. General Conditions
