Spend and Save Weekend Offer Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion Period: The “spend and save weekend” offer (“the Offer”) commences at 00:01 on Saturday, 16th of September 2023 and concludes at 23:59 on Sunday, 17th of September 2023 (“Promotion Period”).
2. Eligibility: The Offer is open to all customers of the in:Five automated convenience store (“the Store”) during the Promotion Period.
3. Offer Details: Customers who spend £15 or more in a single transaction during the Promotion Period will receive a discount of £3 on their total bill, subject to the exclusions set out in clause 4.
4. Exclusions:
• Products: The Offer is applicable to all products available in the Store, excluding alcohol, tobacco products, and vapes (“Excluded Products”).
• Combination with Other Offers: The Offer cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions running in the Store.
5. Application of the Discount: The £3 discount will be automatically applied to the eligible customer’s shopping cart at the time of checkout, reducing the total bill by £3 where the customer has spent £15 or more on eligible products.
6. No Cash Alternative: The discount has no cash alternative, is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any other offer.
7. Alteration and Termination: The Store reserves the right to alter or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice but will honor any discounts already applied as part of transactions made while the Offer was running.
